$400yrBilt Travel hotel credit
$400 a year toward hotel bookings through the Bilt Travel portal — the single biggest credit on the card, and on its own it recovers most of the $495 fee.
$200yrAnnual Bilt Cash bonus
$200 in Bilt Cash each year. Note: this is waived if you’re on the points-earning track for rent and mortgage — you get the housing points or the cash bonus, not both.
Priority PassAirport lounge access
Palladium is the only Bilt tier with Priority Pass lounge access. Enrollment required.
Rent/MortgageHow you earn points on rent & mortgage
This is the only card that pays you for the biggest check you write each month, and it is worth understanding exactly how it works.

1. You pay through Bilt. Enter your landlord or mortgage servicer in the Bilt app and pay with the card. Bilt sends them a normal check or ACH transfer — your landlord does not need to participate and never sees a card.

2. There is no transaction fee. Paying rent by card normally costs 2–3% through a third party, which wipes out any rewards. Bilt charges nothing, which is the entire reason the card exists.

3. Your rate is tiered by your other spending. Housing points scale with how much you put on the card outside of rent — the more you use it for everyday purchases, the higher your housing rate climbs, up to 1.25 points per $1. Use the card only for rent and you earn at the bottom of the scale.

4. There is no longer a cap. Bilt Card 2.0 removed the old 100,000-point annual limit on housing. If you pay $3,000+ a month, that change alone is worth more than any other benefit on the card.

5. Or take cash instead. You can opt for the Bilt Cash track — 4% back on everyday purchases — instead of earning points on housing. You pick one track, not both.
NoNo foreign transaction fee
Palladium adds no foreign transaction fees, purchase protection, and free authorized users on top of the lower tiers’ benefits.
$800Cell phone protection
Up to $800 per claim if your phone is damaged or stolen, as long as you pay your monthly wireless bill with the card.

2026NEW

Bilt’s first true premium card

Palladium launched with Bilt Card 2.0 at $495: a $400 hotel credit, $200 annual Bilt Cash, Priority Pass lounge access, no foreign transaction fees, and a flat 2x on everything.

2026

Read the fine print on the $200 Bilt Cash

The $200 annual Bilt Cash is waived if you’re earning points on rent and mortgage. You pick one track or the other — so the headline $600 in credits is really $400 for most housing-focused cardholders.

2026

Rent cap removed — unlimited housing points

Card 2.0 killed the 100,000-point annual cap on housing. For high-rent cardholders, Palladium is now the most rewarding way to pay a landlord.
